Outrageous Hats and Sensible Shoes will be the highlight of this program. Many characters have worn outrageous hats in some classic books. Come and see what is the hat that Minerva Louise finds, help tell the story from Caps for Sale, and many others will be shared. Registration and accompaniment by an adult are required.
