The Board of Trustees of the Elkhart Public Library invites any group of community citizens whose purpose for meeting is in harmony with the cultural and intellectual purposes of the Library to meet in the Library in rooms designated for this use. The Library Board believes that the Library should serve as an open forum for providing and exchanging information about far-reaching concerns as well as those of the community.
Reservations must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the meeting by an adult having or eligible for a valid EPL Library Borrowers Card. Application forms are available in the Library at the Adult Services Desk. The larger meeting rooms must be reserved, but the smaller rooms, if available, may be used on a walk-in basis. Registrations are made through the Circulation Department at the Main Library.
