The Board of Trustees of the Elkhart Public Library invites any group of community citizens to meet in Library facilities designated for this use. All meeting rooms are located at the Main Library, 300 S. Second St., downtown Elkhart.
The Elkhart Public Library Board of Trustees invites any group of community members to use our meeting rooms at the Main Library, 300 S. Second St., downtown Elkhart. The rooms vary in size and may be reserved, subject to availability, using the Library’s application process. An application can be submitted via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or FAX (574-522-2174) in advance of the meeting as described in our Meeting Room Policy. The person who signs the meeting room application must be at least 18 years old and have an Elkhart Public Library Resident Card in good standing. The small meeting room on the Second Floor may not be reserved and is available on a first come, first served basis. Please check with the staff at the Reference Desk to check availability.
